Transcript Requests

If you need to send a transcript to a college or for scholarship purposes, you can request an official copy of your transcript in the counselor's office. There is a form that you will complete with your general information, along with indicating if you want to pick up the transcript or you would like to have us mail it directly. If you prefer that we mail it, be sure to include the address and/or department name you want it to be sent to. Mrs. Lawless will take care of it all!! There is a minimum of a 24 hour turnaround time. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE.
